Privacy Policy — Photoflexia

1. Information I Collect

Account Information

When you register, I collect your name and email address. If you sign in via Google, I receive your name, email, and Google profile from Google's OAuth service.

Face Photos & Uploaded Images

To generate AI lifestyle photos, you upload a photo of your face. This image is transmitted securely to third-party AI processing services (including Replicate and/or OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating your requested image. Your original face photo is not stored beyond the duration of the generation request.

Generated Images

The AI-generated output images are stored and associated with your account so you can access your generation history.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. I do not store your credit card or payment details. I receive confirmation of your subscription status and billing period from Dodo Payments.

Usage Data

I collect information about how you use the service, including generation counts and feature usage, to improve the product and enforce plan limits.

Log & Technical Data

Like most web services, I automatically collect server logs including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

2. How I Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Photoflexia service
To process your AI image generation requests
To manage your subscription and billing through Dodo Payments
To send you transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
To enforce usage limits and Terms of Service
To improve and develop new features
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Third-Party Services

I share data with the following third-party services only as necessary to operate the product:

Replicate / OpenAI — your face photos and prompts are sent to these services for AI image generation. They process data per their own privacy policies.
Dodo Payments — handles all payment processing and subscription management.
Google OAuth — optional social sign-in. Google's privacy policy governs data shared via their OAuth service.

I do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

4. Data Retention

I retain your account data for as long as your account exists. Generated images are stored until you delete your account or request removal. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing me or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access — request a copy of data held about you
Correction — update inaccurate information
Deletion — request removal of your account and associated data
Portability — receive your data in a portable format
Objection — object to certain types of processing

6. Cookies

I use session cookies necessary to keep you logged in and maintain your session. I do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

I use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure credential storage, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Children

Photoflexia is not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If I become aware that a child has provided personal data, I will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
